Skill Development – It not just what we do as a job, but rather a career, it improves the skill of individual and regulates employment. According to World Competitiveness Yearbook, 2012, India will have 25% of the total global workforce by about 2025. As we know, Youth always play a crucial role in achieving the economic growth and prosperity of any country.
India is lagging behind due to various problems i.e., poverty, unemployment, illiteracy, medical infrastructure, etc. Skill development can mitigate poverty, utilize demographic dividend, socio-economic empowerment of underprivileged sectors that achieve economic growth, and reduce social challenges & economic inclusion.
In the present time, most of the Youth being educated but facing severe unemployment problems due to the lack of skills, guidance, and technical education. Most of the Youth are unaware of the developments and schemes provided by Govt.

BUILD A BETTER INDIA THROUGH SKILL DEVELOPMENT
Around 688 million Indian population falling under the working-age category, but most of them remain jobless due to a lack of awareness of the right vocational training and job opportunities. The major necessity of the time is skill development to reduce the unemployment that generates a strong economy.
REDS facilitates unprivileged Youth by establishing mini-libraries, computer training centers, vocational training centers, and awareness programs to skill development schemes, which makes them more skilled and employable.
The REDS is working on this issue organized by various awareness and training programs base on scientific research for farmers and arrange various high yield seeds.
