About REDS
About & mission
Our mission
Royal Education & Development Society (REDS) is based in Ankleshwar, Dist. Bharuch, Gujarat. Our focus is quality education, vocational and life-skills training, employment generation and women empowerment for underprivileged rural and urban youth and women.
How we work
We combine computer and vocational training with employability support, and we work with local partners and CSR initiatives to widen access to opportunity.

Our mandate
REDS came into being with a clear mandate of reaching out to underprivileged rural and urban youth and inspiring them to reach heights with whatever resources they have — breaking the myth that success and comfort are meant only for the elite.
Our ideology rests on the principle that every person should have access to quality formal education as a matter of right. Alongside academics we emphasise vocational training and life skills, giving unemployed youth industry-relevant, employable skills. Our focus groups are rural and urban Below Poverty Line (BPL) youth and women — education with employability is the crux of our philosophy.
Our expertise lies in working with marginalised communities — often excluded from the reach of national programmes, and where intervention is needed most.
