Skill development
REDS offers computer and vocational training designed to improve employability for underserved youth and women. Course schedules, eligibility and centre locations are published on each programme page when confirmed.
Why skill development
Skill development is not just about a job but a career — it improves the skills of individuals and supports employment. Youth play a crucial role in the economic growth and prosperity of any country.
Many young people today are educated yet face unemployment because of a lack of skills, guidance and technical education, and many are unaware of government schemes available to them. Skill development can reduce poverty and support the socio-economic empowerment of underprivileged sections.
